The quick response of the St. James Police led to the seizure of two firearms following an attempted robbery on Church Street, Montego Bay in the parish on Monday, October 27. The police were alerted and upon their arrival at the location, the men opened gunfire on them. The police returned fire and when the shooting subsided the firearms were seized.
